APRIL 1, 2026: SUPREME COURT HEARS BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP CASE IN FRONT OF PRESIDENT TRUMP
While the arguments unfolded, evidence of widespread immigration fraud was already on file across the border — a pattern long facilitated by dual-citizen criminal networks.
On March 9, 2016, Javier Corral Jurado admitted on live television that he was born in El Paso, Texas — after years of claiming Ciudad Juárez and refusing to release his Mexican birth certificate — yet by October 4, 2016, he was sworn in as governor of Chihuahua, a position the Mexican Constitution explicitly reserves for Mexican-born citizens.
Meanwhile, Alejandra de la Vega holds dual citizenship but used her Mexican identity to sit on border security councils controlling the Jeffrey Epstein trafficking pipeline and cartel corridor where the Fort Bliss whistleblower Soldier Richard Halliday was murdered on base and his body trafficked to Juárez for disposal, while simultaneously using her U.S. identity to hold a Texas state appointment under Governor Greg Abbott, gaining access to US government databases — a direct violation of Texas Constitution Article XVI, Section 12, which prohibits holding "any office of profit or trust under any foreign power" while serving Texas.
Both Corral and De la Vega have engaged in the same pattern, creating a pattern of facilitating immigration fraud: tampering with official records — Corral by concealing his U.S. birth to claim Mexican governorship, De la Vega by checking the box on her 2019 patrimonial declaration stating "I DO NOT AGREE TO MAKE MY POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST PUBLIC" to hide her dual roles from U.S. and Mexican authorities.
This is not just political theater on April Fools Day — it is immigration fraud by definition: using false or concealed documentation to secure government positions that require specific citizenship status, while the same network facilitated the flow of stolen Chihuahua state funds through El Paso bank accounts tied to De la Vega's husband, Paul Foster, and his WestStar Bank.
The 2018 Chihuahua State Audit found that FICOSEC — where De la Vega sat — approved over 144 million pesos in security contracts without public bidding, while the audit concluded "desalmados… hicieron negocios con la inseguridad" — heartless people made business out of insecurity — as cartels operated with impunity in the very corridor these officials were supposed to be securing.
Corral's predecessor, César Duarte, sat in a Miami jail awaiting extradition for diverting $320 million in government funds — embezzled money that a February 19, 2020, lawsuit claimed flowed straight through El Paso bank accounts controlled by the same network De la Vega and Foster anchored. Now he sits in Mexican prison.
And then there is Dr. Mario A. Rascon Ortiz — the El Paso chief medical examiner appointed in December 2014 to become the county's highest-paid employee, at now ~$500,000 a year, despite not being a legal U.S. citizen, a fact that drew immediate legal scrutiny from experts who noted that Texas medical examiners wield judicial powers — including the authority to subpoena witnesses and conduct inquests — which under state and federal constitutional principles require U.S. citizenship. Rascon was working under a three-year H1-B visa (which he violated) and could not even begin the citizenship process until that period expired — meaning the man entrusted with determining the cause and manner of death for every suspicious case in El Paso County, including those connected to the Jeffrey Epstein cartel trafficking corridor where Richard Halliday's remains were trafficked, was a foreign national whose path to citizenship was contingent on the same criminal network of county officials who appointed him.
The irony is searing: the same El Paso County Judge Veronica Escobar — now the congresswoman who, through Benito Torres the retired SGM that was just caught impersonating an attorney at the ICE facility, denied the Halliday Gold Star family a congressional hearing — approved his checks and wrote letters of recommendation in 2012 supporting Rascon's visa waiver; she has presided over a county where the medical examiner's office has processed deaths tied to the orchestrated bloody Walmart mass shooting and the very Jeffrey Epstein cartel pipeline that De la Vega's security councils were supposed to be monitoring — and where the Plenitud Crematorium, the facility tied to Richard Halliday's remains, operated without scrutiny.
April 1, 2026: This is only the tip of the iceberg. The Supreme Court heard the arguments, and President Trump showed up in person to declare to the world that this fraud — which has already claimed so many lives — must end now.
